This privacy policy applies to the website swiss-health-group.ch. For the online shop and services of our brand Vitartis, the privacy policy at vitartis.swiss applies.
3. Visiting the website (server log files)
When you access this website, our hosting provider’s server automatically stores technical information transmitted by your browser:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- page or file accessed and amount of data transferred
- previously visited page (referrer)
- browser type, operating system and language
We need this data to deliver the website, to ensure its security and stability, and to detect misuse. If you write to us via the contact form or by email, we process your name, email address, your company or pharmacy (if provided), the selected subject and the content of your message in order to respond to your enquiry. The details from the form are sent to us by email; they are not stored in a database on the website. We do not pass your details on to third parties unless this is necessary to respond to your enquiry (e.g. to a company within our group). We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required, unless statutory retention obligations apply. The legal basis under the GDPR is responding to your enquiry or taking steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
6. Cookies and local storage
This website does not set any cookies and does not store any data in your browser. No analytics, statistics or tracking services are used. Should we use a statistics service in future, we will update this privacy policy accordingly.
7. Fonts
The fonts used on this website are stored directly on our server. No connections to third-party providers such as Google Fonts are established when the page is loaded.

This website contains links to vitartis.swiss and, where applicable, other websites. Data is only transmitted to the operator of the linked website once you click such a link. The privacy policy of the respective website applies to the processing of personal data there.
9. Disclosure abroad
Our hosting provider operates its servers in Germany. According to the assessment of the Swiss Federal Council, Germany provides an adequate level of data protection. No disclosure to other countries takes place in connection with this website.
